Fabrication Manager | Direct Hire - Second Shift | Evendale, OH
The Fabrication Manager will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication process, leading a team of fabricators, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality materials, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities :
- Oversees all aspects of the fabrication process, including scheduling, production planning, quality control, and inventory management.
- Leads and motivates a team of fabricators to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Provides assistance, training and constructive feedback to Fabricators to support team efforts and to enhance the team's skills and knowledge of fabrication processes.
- Develops and implements operational procedures to optimize the fabrication process and improve efficiency.
- Ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitors production metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage the fabrication budget and control costs to meet financial objectives.
- Maintains equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
