Responsibilities :
- ADP Workforce Now Management :
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll for both salaried and hourly employees.
- Maintain accurate employee data in the system, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
- Payroll Processing :
- Calculate and process payroll accurately and timely, taking into account overtime, bonuses, commissions, and other relevant factors.
- Validate timekeeping records for hourly employees to ensure accuracy.
- Compliance :
- Stay informed about federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations to ensure compliance.
- Process payroll taxes and deductions in accordance with legal requirements.
- Documentation :
- Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions, adjustments, and other relevant documentation.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to various departments as needed.
- Problem Resolution :
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
