We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Admin join our team. This role involves general administrative duties with a focus on purchasing, vendor coordination, and inventory management. Responsibilities :
- Process purchasing requests by selecting vendors from an approved list, creating purchase orders, and placing orders.
- Coordinate with vendors, insurance companies, repair companies, and trucking services to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate with customers, including major clients like Toyota and Nissan, to arrange orders and deliveries.
- Receive and organize purchased items, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
- Assist in improving purchasing processes, particularly within the engineering department.
- Help to improve our HR department's processes - previous experience in HR is a plus!
Qualifications :
Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay :
20-22 / hr based on experience
