Job Title: Roofing Construction Site Manager Location: On Site (Vary’s per Job) Type: Full-Time | $50,000-$60,000 Reports To: Project Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Roofing Construction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at roofing project sites. This role is crucial in ensuring subcontractors deliver high-quality work, timelines are met, and materials are delivered and available when needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and has a strong understanding of roofing systems and construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities of roofing subcontractors.
- Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with building codes and project specs.
- Serve as the main point of contact between subcontractors, suppliers, and project management (during installation period).
- Perform material errands: picking up, delivering, and verifying materials as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites to prevent delays.
- Track progress and report daily updates to the project manager.
- Address and resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.
- Monitor job site cleanliness and safety compliance.
- Communicate schedule changes or delays and help mitigate disruptions.
- Assist with site setup and breakdown at project start and completion.
- Assistance in any “Go Backs” and/or Repairs
- Assisting Project manager as needed with any accessory issues that present themselves.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in roofing or construction site management (Recommended)
- Solid knowledge of various roofing systems (shingle, tile, metal, flat, etc.). (Recommended)
- Strong leadership and communication skills (Mandatory)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. (Mandatory)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions. (Mandatory)
- Being bilingual () is a plus. (Recommended)
- Follow the procedure of ‘early is on time and on time is late.’
Preferred:
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. (Recommended)
- Experience working with subcontractors on residential or commercial roofing projects. (Recommended)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
