Site Manager

Job Title: Roofing Construction Site Manager Location: On Site (Vary’s per Job) Type: Full-Time | $50,000-$60,000 Reports To: Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Roofing Construction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at roofing project sites. This role is crucial in ensuring subcontractors deliver high-quality work, timelines are met, and materials are delivered and available when needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and has a strong understanding of roofing systems and construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities of roofing subcontractors.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with building codes and project specs.
• Serve as the main point of contact between subcontractors, suppliers, and project management (during installation period).
• Perform material errands: picking up, delivering, and verifying materials as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites to prevent delays.
• Track progress and report daily updates to the project manager.
• Address and resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.
• Monitor job site cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Communicate schedule changes or delays and help mitigate disruptions.
• Assist with site setup and breakdown at project start and completion.
• Assistance in any “Go Backs” and/or Repairs
• Assisting Project manager as needed with any accessory issues that present themselves.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in roofing or construction site management (Recommended)
• Solid knowledge of various roofing systems (shingle, tile, metal, flat, etc.). (Recommended)
• Strong leadership and communication skills (Mandatory)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. (Mandatory)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions. (Mandatory)
• Being bilingual () is a plus. (Recommended)
• Follow the procedure of ‘early is on time and on time is late.’

Preferred:

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. (Recommended)
• Experience working with subcontractors on residential or commercial roofing projects. (Recommended)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
