What You Bring : A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).5 years of leadership experience in luxury retail or showroom management.A proven track record in achieving sales goals, leading teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences.Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software is a plus.
