What the role is
We are looking for a Senior Content Designer with a track record of delivering exceptional B2B SaaS experiences. You’ll contribute to high-impact initiatives for our flagship products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of data management.
Your responsibility will be to ensure users have the information they need at every stage of their journey, creating a seamless experience through thoughtful UX copy and comprehensive product documentation.
This role is pivotal in elevating our content design practice and delivering exceptional customer value.

Your mission
- You’ll immerse yourself in hands-on content design, solving complex customer problems while guiding the success of critical initiatives.
- Discover : Develop a deep understanding of our platform’s capabilities. Dive into product discovery and engage with customers to unearth opportunities for enhancing user experience, continually building empathy for their needs.
- Collaborate : Partner with Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and cross-functional stakeholders to continually deliver value to our customers.
- Create : Craft clear, concise, and effective UX copy and product documentation that provide customers with the guidance they need, exactly when and where they need it.
- Ship : Deliver good and iterate to great.
