As the Strategic Manufacturing Manager at ATACO Steel, you will be a key leader overseeing plant management and operations. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, maintaining strong relationships with union employees, and executing growth strategies aligned with our company's values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business development initiatives
- Manage cyclical demand patterns with scalable strategies
- Build strong partnerships with customers and union representatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations Management
