POSITION: Educational Behavior Specialist

(2025-26 Academic School Year)
Student Intervention Services

WORK CALENDAR: 200 day work calendar, 8 hrs/day

SALARY: Special Services Salary Schedule
(Range 4A Step A - $51.50/hr to Step F - $62.35 /hr*)

*2% Educational Enhancement

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Master’s Degree in Psychology or Special Education and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certificate.

*Valid CA. Education Specialist Credential or Pupil Personnel Credential in School Psychology and Autism Authorization

*Minimum three years supervision and or teaching experience with students with exceptional needs.

*Evidence of behavioral training and experience.

*Knowledge of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Non-violent Crisis Intervention training, and Functional Behavioral Assessments.

*Ability to pass DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance required.

*TB Clearance required prior to working.
