Position: Special Needs Paraeducator
Bus Support / Supporting Special Needs Student on the bus to San luis Obispo twice a day.
Hours: Monday-Friday / 3.5 hrs per day
Monday’s 9:00am-10:30am / 11:30am-1:30pm
Tuesday - Friday 8:00am-9:30am / 11:30am-1:30pm
195 days per school year (184 work days plus 11 paid holidays)
Salary: Range 24 (Step C-$19.44 to Step G-$24.24)

Qualifications:
- One year in any combination of training, education, and experience in providing and implementing school based directed learning experiences special needs students
- Must pass professional aide test with 70% accuracy or be NCLB Compliant with 48 college semester units
- CPR certified (we can provide training)
- Ability to pass DOJ Fingerprint Clearance
- Valid driver’s license
