Job Summary
Administrative Secretary position available at Atascadero Middle School.
The selected candidate will work Monday-Friday for 8 hours a day, with a total of 221 days per school year including 209 work days and 12 paid holidays.
Responsibilities include performing complex technical and secretarial work, organizing and maintaining confidential files, assisting with budget preparation, monitoring the evaluation process, and maintaining positive public, staff, and student relations.
Key qualifications include three years of secretarial experience or equivalent combination of training, education, and/or experience, ability to perform duties with 70% accuracy on the secretary test, keyboarding skills of 55 wpm, and bilingual abilities desirable. TB Clearance and DOJ Fingerprint Clearance are required prior to working.
