Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to teachers, staff, and administrators, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage confidential files, prepare budgets, and monitor evaluation processes.
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including parents, staff, and community members.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote student achievement and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Three years of secretarial experience or a combination of training, education, and/or experience that provides the required knowledge or ability to perform duties.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Bilingual desirable.
