Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development
- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for private sector expansion
- Identify and engage corporate clients in need of IT manpower solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Revenue Generation & Sales Excellence
- Drive new business acquisition and create revenue-generating opportunities
- Develop customized recruitment solutions for corporate clients
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiations
Networking & Industry Positioning
- Utilize an established network of corporate leaders to generate business opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
- Stay updated on market trends to refine business development strategies
Collaboration & Growth Leadership
