About the Job
This is an opportunity to join us as an Implementation Consultant in order to enable us to successfully deliver human capital management (HCM) solutions in the cloud. Due to substantial growth we are able to offer you an exciting and challenging career path within our expanding organization. Your superior customer service skills alongside your experience working with client/server and/or Web Based technologies will ensure your success in this role.
Your responsibilities will include to
- Coordinate and perform lifecycle of assigned implementation projects in compliance with partners’ implementation methodology
- Facilitate workshops to identify requirements, gather the requirements and develop prototypes
- Provide analytical and design expertise, system configuration, data mapping, testing
- Consult customers on industry specific features and system processes and procedures
- Assist the customer in understanding the solution and hand holding (application orientation) during handover of the system
- Ensure the follow-up and the communication to customers

About You
Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years' experience in HR or in implementing HR solutions. You provide at least 3 years' experience in WorkForce Management. You must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and you are known by your peers as a great communicator and a team player. Indeed, speaking fluently French and English is a must.
