Job Overview : As a Solutions Engineer working on projects within the Professional Services team at ATB Technologies, you will be at the forefront of crafting specialized IT solutions for a diverse range of clients. Your role will encompass the full spectrum of IT infrastructure, with a focus on meeting client needs and optimizing their technology stack. Leveraging your creative mindset and technical expertise, you will design and implement ideal specifications tailored to each client's unique requirements.

Primary Responsibilities :

Tailored Solutions Development : Lead the development of customized IT solutions for clients of varying sizes and industries, encompassing hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Utilize your creative mindset to design ideal specifications that align with client objectives and fill their technology stack requirements.
Extraordinary Client Engagement : Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and IT needs. Translate client requirements into actionable plans, leveraging your expertise to propose innovative solutions that optimize their IT infrastructure and drive business success.
End-to-end Implementation : Oversee and carry out the end-to-end implementation of IT solutions, ensuring seamless integration of hardware, software, and network components. From procurement to configuration and deployment, you will orchestrate the entire process to meet client specifications and exceed expectations.
Enhancing Scalability and Flexibility : Design solutions that are scalable and flexible to accommodate future growth and evolving business needs. Anticipate potential challenges and opportunities, crafting solutions that empower clients to adapt and thrive in a dynamic business environment.

Requirements :

8 years’ of hands-on experience in networking concepts, cloud environments, and Microsoft technologies in a similar role.

Expert-level knowledge in IT Networking, Microsoft Stack, and Azure.

Expert-level Microsoft Certification as well as a CCNA or CCNP certification.

Strong understanding of SQL, IAM, and VDS.

Proven track record of leading and executing projects from inception to completion, utilizing expertise in networking, Microsoft stack, and Azure solutions. This includes planning, implementation, and ongoing management of infrastructure projects. Engage in creative problem-solving to address client challenges and develop specialized solutions.

Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients. Engage in active listening, empathy, and clear communication to foster positive relationships and client satisfaction.

Ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Uphold high standards of documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and project continuity.

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for local travel within the St. Louis region, with potential for occasional out-of-state trips to client sites.
