- Share your knowledge by answering client and coworker questions using everyday language
- Proactively support the team and contribute to the growth and success of ATBS
About Your Expertise:
- Understanding the trucking and logistics industries is beneficial
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of tax rules and regulations is beneficial
- Previous experience with trucking carriers or related industry verticals is beneficial
- Experience managing multiple priorities is beneficial
