Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain all makes and models of vehicles with a focus on precision and quality.
- Perform advanced diagnostics using state-of-the-art tools to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and drivability issues.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and longevity.
- Utilize digital vehicle inspections (DVI) to communicate findings clearly to the Service Advisors and Customers
- Maintain high standards for quality control to ensure repairs are done right the first time.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to provide accurate repair recommendations and updates to customers.
- Stay up to date with manufacturer specifications, industry trends, and best practices.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- ASE Certification preferred
- 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair and diagnostics.
- Proficiency with digital vehicle inspections (DVI), diagnostic scan tools, and modern shop equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and driveability systems.
