The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communications programs for the ATC Automation Segment, participating in strategic planning for the businesses, and developing customer insights to drive growth. This individual ensures the most effective allocation of resources for program growth, customer-facing events, public and media relations, social media, lead generation, and digital tools to achieve business objectives.
The role creates results-oriented, integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, preference, and demand across the various business verticals. Critical to success in this position is the ability to lead and develop the marketing teams while also collaborating with key stakeholders outside marketing, such as leadership, sales, supply chain, customer service, and outside vendors.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Position new and existing marketing programs to drive business growth across all marketing channels with a strong focus on digital content marketing, including successful SEO & SEM marketing.
- Create goals and measurement plans to gauge success of marketing initiatives and ensure appropriate investment of resources. Report results on a monthly basis.
- Oversee all marketing communications (thought leadership content, marketing tools and sales aides, social marketing, inbound marketing programs, tradeshows, videos, animations, etc.) while upholding the ATC Automation Brand.
- Develop, refresh, and lead marketing communications across all markets on a global scale.
- Create innovative digital and content marketing strategies that attract customers and succeed over the competition to win business.
- Manage the ATC marketing budget (forecasting, planning, measuring, adjusting, etc.).
- Constantly evolve and develop understanding of ATC customer personas to drive key business results.
- Partner with key stakeholders to create and execute creative content for major initiatives.
- Initiate, direct, and execute multiple projects, initiatives, and timelines.
- Maintain strong vendor relations and manage resources and projects.
- Build market understanding of emerging trends and competitive landscape and share insights with the commercial team.
