We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our Sales Team. This role provides administrative and operational support, manages sales-related documentation, and helps streamline the sales process.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Sales Administration & CRM Management: Manage and maintain CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities. Ensure accurate, up-to-date records.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales reports, summaries, performance metrics, and sales-related documentation for management review.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities for the sales and executive teams. Assist in organizing materials for customer meetings and presentations.
- Event & Meeting Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and customer meetings. Support logistics such as scheduling, travel arrangements, materials preparation, and promotional inventory management.
- Data Management & Tools Support: Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including credentials databases, trackers, global contact directory, and intranet systems.
- Procurement & Inventory Management: Manage third-party procurement sites such as Ariba and keep track of promotional materials inventory.
- Sales Team Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, ensuring follow-ups are managed and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement: Explore opportunities to add value by streamlining processes, supporting sales efforts, and enhancing team efficiency.
You Have
- Experience: 2-4 years' previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within a corporate sales environment. B2B sales experience is a plus. Familiarity with sales automation tools and systems, preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of sales support, documentation, and reporting.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with corporate clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Education: High School Diploma required; associate's degree preferred
Valid driver's license required
