Job Summary

ATC Healthcare is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team for a position in Tulsa, OK. As a crucial member of our team. The clinical pharmacist is responsible for acute care medication processes including but not limited to prospective medication order review, sterile compounding, medication dispensing as well as some pharmacy technician oversight.  Services are limited to those in compliance with the facility policies/procedures.  Join us in making a significant impact on our patients' well-being and become part of a team that values empathy, professional growth, and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide Pharmaceutical Care to patients with emphasis on clinical monitoring and therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcome.
• Provide information and educational programs to customers.
• Assist with the maintenance of Performance Improvement processes to constantly improve our Medication Use Process.
• Assure dispensing accuracy and direct pharmacy workflow to assure accurate and timely dispensing and distribution.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 years’ experience preferred, but will consider 1 years
• First-time Travelers: Experience preferred
• Certifications/License: Oklahoma Pharmacy license needed
• Charting: EPIC, preferred
