The system they use is ESO and EPIC.
Required Experience : Two years of acute care nursing experience or trauma registry experience required. Prior experience in MD as a registrar.
Required Education : Graduation from an approved school of nursing(LPN / RN). AIS-15, ACS Trauma Registry Course, ICD-10 coding knowledge. Knowledge of DI registry and EPIC.
Dress Code : Scrubs, Business Casual
Do not submit candidate without EPIC experience noted on the submission
Flu shot required and a 2 step PPD required - no exceptions
Candidates must be fully COVID vaccinated, no exceptions and no exemptions.
Must be able to show proof of receipt of vaccine by showing their state immunization records or written documentation from the place where they recv'd the shot. Meritus does not accept the CDC COVID card as proof of receipt
