2 years of current ED experience required within a large academic center…
Trauma level I or II required
Experience with Peds, Triage, STEMl and Stroke Experience required…
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required…
Every other weekend required (Saturday and Sunday)…
No blocked scheduling…
Will not float outside of ED - will work within boarding and observation of ED…
No Call…
No Holidays…
Cerner charting experience preferred…
Patient Ratio: 1:6…
Patient Mix/Skill requirements: 88 licensed beds (does not include hallway beds) ratio primarily 1:5 (plus one hallway bed).Types of patients include all ED patients - this is a mixed patient population of pediatrics and adults, plus observation and admitted boarding patients within the ED.
Will not accept 1st time travelers…
