Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Data Center Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background and a passion for working with computer hardware in a data center environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service while performing IT support tasks
- Install, test, and maintain Cat5 cabling for telecommunication systems
- Utilize hand tools to assemble and install computer hardware
- Interpret schematics and diagrams to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Assist in data center network installation and maintenance
Requirements
- Proficiency in IT systems and computer hardware
- Familiarity with Cat5 cabling and telecommunication systems
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
- Understanding of electrical systems within a data center environment
- Experience in network installation is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 07.30 – 15.30 per week
