Position Overview:
As a Paint Technician, you'll play a critical role in the preparation and application of various paints and coatings, ensuring our products meet the highest industry standards. This is an excellent opportunity for those with aerospace manufacturing experience or specialized technical certifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Coating Applications (40%-60%): Measure, mix, and apply paints & specialty coatings to precise specifications.

Paint Preparation & Finishing (20%-40%): Prepare parts for coating, inspect, and ensure quality standards are met.

Maintenance (1%-5%): Perform regular maintenance on tools and equipment, keeping everything in top condition.

Quality & Safety: Identify non-conforming materials, maintain equipment, and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

1 years of experience in aviation or aerospace manufacturing, or specialized training/certification in coating application preferred

Familiarity with LEAN principles and 6S practices

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Aerospace Coating Application Specialist (ACAS) certification is a plus but not required
