Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN Contract Position
Now Hiring: Charge Nurse (LPN) – Portland, OR
Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $2,000/week OT at $75/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Business Hours

Job Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily care operations as the Charge Nurse
- Administer medications and monitor for side effects or reactions
- Perform and supervise prescribed treatments and nursing tasks
- Support and guide nursing staff with clinical expertise
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of Oregon
- Minimum 1 year leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
- Experience in memory care, long-term care, or geriatric nursing is a plus
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
- COVID Vaccinated
- Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
- Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
- Reliable transportation & smartphone
