**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in floor care, buffing, and custodial services, with a focus on commercial cleaning and environmental services.
**Duties:**
-Area rug cleaning on site at our facility
- Perform carpet cleaning services in residential and commercial settings
- Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure high-quality results
- Inspect carpets for stains, damages, or special treatments needed
- Move furniture and other items as necessary to facilitate cleaning procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any specific concerns or requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas
**Skills:**
-Must be able to lift over 70lbs onto shoulder and walk semi long distances
- Proficiency in carpet cleaning techniques and equipment operation is a plus
- Experience in commercial cleaning and environmental services is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
