Pay: $1,000/week OT $37.50/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will provide direct patient care, assisting residents with daily activities while ensuring their comfort and safety. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about making a positive impact on patients' lives in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using wheelchairs, walkers, and lifting devices as needed.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Report changes in patients’ conditions to nurses or medical staff.
- Assist in documenting patient care and ensuring accurate records.
- Support nursing staff and other healthcare professionals as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in WA
- Atleast 1 year CNA experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- BLS Certification
- COVID Vaccinated
- Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
- Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
