Salary: $2,000/week OT $75/hr
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) and physicians. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients’ health by assessing vital signs and recognizing any changes in condition.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and home care instructions.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Support a positive and safe environment for both patients and staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program.
- Licensure: Current and valid LPN license in WA.
- Experience: Atleast 1 year experience working as LPN in a healthcare setting.
- BLS Certification
- COVID Vaccinated
- Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
- Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
