Job Description:
ATC Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team. The SLP will be responsible for diagnosing, evaluating, and treating speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in clients of all ages. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment alongside other healthcare professionals to create tailored treatment plans and help clients achieve their communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs.
- Provide therapy in individual and/or group settings and progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to provide comprehensive care.
- Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques and stay updated on best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Licensure: Valid SLP License or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience: Prior experience in one or more clinical settings is preferred (but new grads are welcome!).
- Availability: Willingness to travel and commit to contract assignments
- BLS Certification
- COVID Vaccinated
- Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
- Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
