About the Role
We’re seeking passionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) to work in skilled nursing facilities. Travel positions offer a unique chance to gain diverse experience, expand your skills, and build lifelong memories.
- Shift: Day Shift (5x8) 13-week contract
- Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- PAY RATE: $2,200 per week, WEEKLY PAY
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs to help patients achieve functional independence.
- Evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and techniques.
- Document patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Current OT license in the state of practice or willingness to obtain state licensure.
- Experience: Prior experience in one or more clinical settings is preferred (but new grads are welcome!).
- Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability: Willingness to travel and commit to contract assignments (13 weeks).
- BLS Certification
- COVID Vaccinated
- Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
- Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
