Title : Tech Writer
Location : Only local candidates currently located in IN - Central Office, 7th Floor of the IGC North Building Indianapolis, IN
Interview : Phone and in-person
Leads the design and development of next-generation internal business systems.
Build, contribute, and support the creation and organization of clear, concise, quality system help documentation and training curriculum by providing expertise on content, format and editing, and organization. Produce and update any existing user help and training documentation based on analysis of provided content and instruction from subject-matter experts (SMEs), system design / functionality, user functional requirements, and standard operating procedure documentation. This role will work under the Information Technology team, and alongside various divisions within the organization.
