ATCO STRUCTURES AND LOGISTICS (USA) INC. (“ASL-USA”) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Office in Salt Lake City, UT.
The role of Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the effective coordination and administration of domestic sales from receipt of request for quote, to approved project paperwork, and through to product completion. This role also provides support with contracts and assisting with various warranty and service issues for the Salt Lake City Branch.

- Professionally handle, qualify and manage inbound sales inquiries.
- Make outbound prospecting & follow-up calls as directed by branch manager, and other team members.
- Work closely with various internal departments to develop timely, professional and complete sales proposals.
- Manage various conduits of web based lead sources.
- Complete daily sales paperwork and maintain files on all leads and projects.
- Process company registrations, pre-qualification’s and other documents as necessary.
- Update sales pipeline & daily sales activity reporting through Salesforce.com.
- Update & manage inventory logs and other reports as required.
- Periodically assist senior management with executive level RFP’s.
- Provide general market knowledge & intelligence for senior management planning & budgeting purposes.
- Assist the Sales Department with various marketing and reporting functions related to the sale of domestic dealer products.
- Complete and distribute S-19 and request for quote documentation in a manner which accurately reflects client needs.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all company products and keep updated on all new products offerings.
- Develop positive rapport with ATCO customers to ensure long term business relationship.
- Prepare and distribute customer surveys for all projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE
- Self-motivated, highly organized problem solver with proven ability to manage multiple demands at any one time.
- Strong detail orientation.
- Ability to develop and maintain high quality internal and external relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com
- Desire to build a sales career with a growing worldwide organization.
- 2 years of previous inside sales experience.
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related field.
