Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks in our office and in our retail stores. This role requires a strong understanding of IT support, computer hardware, and customer service skills to effectively assist users with their technical needs.
This position requires someone with experience in these areas:
- Provide comprehensive IT support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to desktop/network environments.
- Manage VPN connections and remote access for users.
- Document all support interactions in the ticketing system for tracking purposes.
- Running network cable with professional installation methods
- Troubleshoot network communication issues, computers and servers, point of sale equipment, fuel dispenser systems, etc.
Position will primarily be based out of our office but will also include frequent travel to our retail sites.
MUST have a clean background and be able to successfully pass a drug screen.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,946.00 - $46,836.00 per year
