PROJECT MANAGER – FIELD OPERATIONS (ROOFING)
We’re a rapidly growing roofing contractor looking for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee multiple projects per week. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to lead crews on the ground, and communicates like a pro with both our internal office team and our customers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
· Own the Jobsite – Manage day-to-day operations on 2–3 active job sites daily.
· Communicate Like a Pro – Be the key connection between the office and the field—coordinating with our production team, installation crews, and homeowners.
· Coordinate Crews & Materials – Ensure every job is fully prepped, scheduled, and executed to the highest standard.
· Tech-Ready – Use a company-provided software to track job progress and report back to our Project and Production Managers.
· Stay Active – Must be able to lift 50–80 lbs and stay on the move throughout the day.
· Travel Local – Drive a company vehicle between jobsites.
YOU NEED TO HAVE:
· A valid driver’s license
· The ability to pass a drug test and background check
· A natural ability to lead, organize, and adapt
· Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
· A knack for multitasking and prioritizing fast-moving projects
