Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Rigger to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with precision measuring instruments. As a Rigger, you will be responsible for low voltage wiring and motor control wiring. This role requires physical strength for heavy lifting and a keen eye for detail in fabrication and assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

• Utilize mechanical knowledge to rig and assemble equipment according to specifications.
• Fabricate components as needed, ensuring that all parts meet quality standards.
• Operate precision measuring instruments, including calipers and ohmmeters, to ensure accurate measurements.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with service technicians to troubleshoot and resolve rigging issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in the militarization of equipment as required by project specifications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in rigging or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to fabricate components effectively.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate rigging equipment safely.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
