What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Application Architect position at ATech Placement?
We are looking for a Sr. Application Architect, responsible for the overall architecture of the application (including design and analysis of software projects) to create new applications or improve existing applications. They will provide expertise into the system, language, and platform choices for teams to enable teams to run software tests, develop product prototypes, and create technical documents and manuals relating to software application development.
Required Experience :
10 years relevant client experience in similar technology (does not include training period), Including at least 5 years of on-site client experience in similar technology and domain
Min Education - Bachelors degree in technology, Masters preferred
Desired Skills :
Salesforce expertise : Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM solutions, particularly Service Cloud, Data Cloud (or similar Data Lakehouse platforms like Databricks), and Client 360 features. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Salesforce product strategy, development, design, and rollout, with a focus on user experience.
AI and emerging technology proficiency : Experience delivering A.I.-powered solutions for customer service and / or sales at an enterprise scale. The candidate should be familiar with the emerging generative AI landscape and have a vision for harnessing these technologies to build impactful solutions for clients and internal service associates.
Communication and leadership skills : The ability to break down complex subject-matters for non-technical audiences, clearly explain ideas, create compelling arguments, and deliver visual and verbal information for maximum impact. The candidate should inspire teams with a clear vision and execution plan for complex initiatives while encouraging innovation and exploration.
Data-driven decision-making : The candidate should understand the balance between experimentation and execution while leveraging data to drive decision-making in both domains. They should be able to utilize Salesforce's Datacloud and Client 360 capabilities to drive personalized experiences, improve customer insights, and optimize business processes for clients and internal service associates
