Job Description: Office Administrator
We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to proactively assist with efficient and high-quality customer support. A family operated manufacturing company that has serviced the Aerospace & Defense industries for over 50 years. As an Office Administrator you will coordinate and perform a wide range of support and operational duties.
Duties include:
- On-site/in-person
- Reading and routing incoming correspondence
- Preparing reports by performing basic information gathering and analysis as directed
- Preparing customer invoices
- Composing and typing routine correspondence
- Answering and screening manager's telephone calls and arranging conference calls
- Arranging and coordinating travel schedules and reservations.
- Conducting research and compiling reports.
- Coordinating and arranging meetings, preparing agendas, reserving and preparing facilities
- Preparing outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes
- Ordering and maintaining supplies and arranging for equipment maintenance
- Establishing, maintaining and updating files, databases, records and/or other documents
- Scheduling and coordinates meetings, events, interviews and appointments
- Providing office management, including procurement, vendor management, answering telephones, maintaining office files and assisting office visitors
- Requirements:
- Experience using related technology, ERP Software and presentations
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, follow instructions and adhere to deadlines
- Ability to closely monitor details and ensure that reports, correspondence and databases are accurate
- Sufficient mathematics ability to process account and transaction information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel
- Adept interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Background checking in accordance with local/law regulations
- Pre-employment and ongoing Drug screening
- EXPERIENCE
- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred
- EDUCATION
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
