Job Description:
- Proposing and implementing communication strategies.
- Writing and editing company information.
- Performing office administration duties.
- Promoting the company brand.
- Supporting marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and schedule all safety presentations and events.
- Maintain event logs and track program metrics.
- Record customer surveys.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations with a high level of proficiency.
- Maintain a high level of dependability and reliability in all job functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Coordinate the schedule for all safety programs and events
- Record customer surveys
- Maintain volunteer logs
- Mail out teacher and student gifts (some light lifting required)
- Monitor communication tools (email, phone, and online)
- Attend and assist with vendor events within our service territory
- Create and maintain dashboard reports
- Invoice processing
- Order and maintain inventory
- Assist with updating and maintaining webpages
- Assist with training and logistics as needed
- Assist with other duties as requested
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, education, or marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Team player
