Wage Range: $72,000 - $84,000 performance incentive BONUS
Position and Responsibilities:
Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Project Engineer, overseeing HVAC commercial construction projects in the thriving North Denver metro area. The primary requirements from a candidate would be previous HVAC/Sheet-Metal Systems knowledge.
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead a range of responsibilities with your project team, including project initiation, meticulous document distribution, comprehensive reviews, and the adept management of contract drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals for all relevant stakeholders and subcontractors.
Your expertise will conduct on-site visits while maintaining open and effective communication with field foremen and office personnel. Your meticulous attention to detail will shine as you navigate shop drawings and meticulously review 3D coordination models for precision and completeness. As a key leader, you will help guide the project through its close-out phase, ensuring all loose ends are tied up neatly. Additionally, you will work with the Project Manager on commissioning activities and control system integration, making sure that each project is delivered with the utmost excellence and functionality. Qualifications
We're seeking candidates with 2/3 years of experience in commercial mechanical/HVAC Project Engineering roles.
Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project management degree preferred (degree substituted for trade experience).
Proficiency in Procore, Egnyte, BIM360, Bluebeam, Trimble and all Microsoft platforms are required, with preferred experience in AutoCAD and Navisworks.
