What Youll Do:
- Develop, recommend, and implement measures to improve plant safety, equipment performance, and product quality with regards to equipment functionality
- Follow maintenance methods that improve equipment uptime and reliability
- Work with other shifts to ensure proper pass down and pick up on work and repairs to finish in timely manner
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance functions to ensure equipment uptime and reliability
- Perform preventive maintenance activities to repair and maintain production equipment
- Identify potential failure modes and suggests solutions
