The Position: We are looking to add another Hair Stylist to our team. The pay range is starting at $14/hour or commission based pay, whichever is greater will be paid. Annual income can range between an average of $41k per year to $100k per year depending on level of experience and client base. Plus, retail commission. Signing bonus of up to $5000*

Skills, Qualifications, Requirements:
- Must have a current Cosmetology License through the State Board of Pennsylvania
- Always perform services to the highest standards
- Comfortable multi-tasking is a fast-paced environment

- Maintain professional attire
- Willingness to learn and execute new tasks
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
Responsibilities:
- Strong focus on customer service
- Tracking and achieving goals
- Build professional relationships with clientele and staff
- Assist clients with retail/product purchases
- Upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state law and the salon and spa’s policies and procedures
- Open to ongoing coaching, and learning by attending and participating in required education and training classes
