This position supports all inbound calls, providing technical support, account management, and overall general questions.

TO BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, Customer Service Experience a plus.
- PC skills; experience with Windows-based computer applications a plus.
- Conversationally bilingual (English/Spanish) with good writing/grammar in both languages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, inspiring confidence while leading customers through the steps to resolve issues via phone and email.
- Excellent analytical, problem- solving skills to deliver high customer satisfaction.
- Solid organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a structured, team-based environment.
- Ability to work within a fast paced and high-volume environment.
- Minimum 25 WPM typing speed
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must complete a satisfactory background check.
