Data Migration Project Manager (Remote)

ATG Innovations is seeking a Data Migration Project Manager to support the Indian Health Service (IHS) Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) implementation. This federal program supports advancement of the healthcare technology for American Indian and Alaskan Native communities across the nation, improving data access, system functionality, and enhanced patient experiences to elevate the quality of care. In this role, you will support critical projects focused on healthcare data, working with teams to ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant data operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data management and migration initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with federal and industry standards.
• Leverage understanding of clinical concepts to map, validate, and transform healthcare data effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, document, and implement data workflows that align with clinical and operational objectives.
• Perform data audits, identify discrepancies, and develop strategies to ensure seamless data migration and management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data integration issues, recommending improvements to enhance data quality and system efficiency.
• Engage with federal stakeholders to support data operations that meet unique federal project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data management or data migration, particularly within the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of clinical concepts and terminology, facilitating effective data mapping and migration in clinical environments.
• Experience with federal projects (preferred).
• Proficiency in database management, ETL processes, and data integration tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in data management or healthcare IT (preferred).
• Project Management Professional (preferred).
