- May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- Provides test and evaluation of ongoing research and development projects. This includes developing and documenting test plans and procedures, conducting testing, and evaluating and documenting results.
- Prepares studies, plans, and analyses in support of the delivery order.
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
