POSTED ON 4/5/2025
AVAILABLE BEFORE 5/4/2025
Healthcare providers go into medicine to care for people, but end up losing valuable time each day to admin work and other workplace challenges. Time that could otherwise be spent helping patients. And patients end up suffering as a result. At Commure, we build solutions that simplify providers' lives and keep them connected to their patients so they can focus on doing what matters most: providing care.

Our innovative suite of software and hardware – augmented by advanced LLM AI, RTLS, and healthcare workflow automations – boosts efficiency across every domain of healthcare, freeing up healthcare providers to spend more of their time caring for patients. Our growing suite of technologies include staff duress alerting, asset tracking, patient elopement, revenue cycle management, clinical documentation and intake, provider copilots, patient engagement and communication, home health, remote patient monitoring, and more.

Today, we support over 250,000 clinicians across hundreds of care sites around the country. And we’re only just getting started: Healthcare’s watershed moment for AI-powered transformation is here – so join us in creating the technology to power healthcare!

  • Oversee system integrations, ensuring global alignment and building processes that reduce manual tasks and errors

Analytical Leadership & Reporting

  • Own the full data pipeline—from collection to transformation—and turn raw information into actionable insights for leadership
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that highlight cost-saving opportunities, gaps, and workforce trends
  • Apply predictive analytics to forecast workforce needs, guide budget decisions, and support large-scale hiring or M&A activity

Compensation Analytics & Benchmarking

  • Leverage tools such as Pave to optimize compensation data and maintain an up-to-date view of market benchmarks
  • Build compensation dashboards and self-service reports, tracking pay equity, pay progression, and overall distribution

  • Support pay review cycles by delivering structured data sets and insights for managers, collaborating with the Head of HR to ensure sound decisions

Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Drive initiatives that improve HR workflows that impact data integrity (onboarding, offboarding, promotions) through automation and smarter data collection
  • Translate complex data challenges into practical roadmaps , delivering quick wins while designing for long-term scalability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Data Science, Analytics, Finance); Master’s degree a plus
