Job Summary:
Athena Bitcoin is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support a variety of brand and digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has a passion for crafting compelling marketing materials. You’ll play a key role in managing brand presence across digital platforms, supporting campaigns, coordinating production, and ensuring the accuracy of our national footprint across nearly 3,500 locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support SEO/SEM efforts to enhance visibility and digital performance
- Maintain and update location listings across online directories to ensure brand consistency
- Coordinate the creative development and production of marketing collateral, working with both internal teams and external vendors
- Assist with design and updates of marketing materials using Adobe Suite under the direction of senior marketing staff
- Develop and manage email templates and campaigns using CRM tools (e.g., SendX)
- Manage project timelines to align marketing deliverables with broader company goals
- Monitor and maintain social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; assist with content scheduling and posting
- Research and recommend new marketing channels and strategies to support brand expansion
Qualifications Required:
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or advertising
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and CRM platforms
- Experience with WordPress is a plus but not required
- Excellent time-management, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
