Job Description: Fitness Center Associate
Position Overview We are seeking friendly and reliable individuals to join our team as a Fitness Center Associate. In this full-time role, you will ensure the gym operates smoothly by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting members in achieving their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist members and guests with check-ins, membership inquiries, and general questions.
Provide tours of the facility to potential members and explain membership options.
Ensure gym equipment is clean, organized, and in proper working condition.
Enforce gym rules and policies to create a safe and welcoming environment.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating classes, personal training sessions, and special events.
Handle member concerns or escalate issues to management as necessary.
Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks to maintain the facility's appearance.
Monitor inventory of supplies and report replenishment needs to management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service or gym experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and gym operations is an advantage.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred or willing to obtain).

Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
