The ideal candidate will have some experience in administration, shipping & receiving, customer service, or manufacturing (preferred but not required) and be willing to learn new skills and work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities will include:
Shipping and Receiving Support:
Verify shipping and receiving data for accuracy and assist in compiling reports
Collaborate with warehouse operators and logistics personnel to ensure smooth operations
Front Desk and Office Coordination:
Ensure the front entrance lobby remains professional and welcoming
Direct visitors to the correct contacts and assist with office organization
General Administrative Support:
Develop skills in using NetSuite or other ERP systems
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Provide support to team members with clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
