Director of Admissions

We are hiring a Director of Admissions to join our dynamic care team at Cape Heritage Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Sandwich!

As the Director of Admissions, you direct the planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and overall operations of all admissions.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing/Sales or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a skilled nursing facility or Assisted Living facility.
  
  
  

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all admissions to the facility.
• Readily available and represents the facility to potential residents, families, hospitals, and other referral sources in a positive and professional manner.
• Act as a liaison between facility and all community groups and agencies.
• Maintain budgeted census mix.
• Coordinate admission activities and documentation with all departments.
• Works with the team to plan, develop, and implement facility marketing plan.
• Provide ongoing assistance to potential residents and their families in negotiating a successful placement.
