Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Associate (SDA) to join our growing Sales Development team. The SDA will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the overall growth strategy of Athena. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, relationship building, and the commercial real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect Engagement : Engage with prospects to learn about their business or investment goals and pain points, conducting thorough lead investigation and discovery.
- Outbound Communication : Conduct high-volume cold calls, emails, and other outreach activities to initiate conversations with potential clients.
- Inbound Prospect Communication : Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, providing detailed information and scheduling property viewings or consultations as needed.
- Client Relationship Building : Develop and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their needs and align Athena’s services to their goals.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain an organized and accurate pipeline of prospects in the CRM, ensuring consistent follow-ups and updates.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the Sales Development Manager and other team members to strategize and execute targeted campaigns. Collaborate with the Advisory team to relay insights on leads and support the handoff of relationship development to them at the appropriate time.
- Business Insights : Stay informed about market trends, industry updates, and competitive landscape to better position Athena’s offerings. Possess a deep understanding of Athena’s service offerings and strategies to better inform prospects of available opportunities.
- Scheduling : Coordinate property viewings and meetings for prospective clients, ensuring an efficient and professional experience for all parties involved.
- Reporting : Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates and outreach effectiveness.
