surgical services.

About the Facility:
- 7 OR suites (5 currently operational)
- 300 monthly case volume with strong potential for growth
- State-of-the-art DaVinci robotics platform
- Specialties include: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Total Joint, Neuro, ENT, and OBGYN
Leadership Structure:
As Director of Perioperative Services, you will lead a dedicated and talented team, including:
- Surgical Services Manager
- GI/Endo/PACU Manager
- Sterile Processing Manager
- OR Educator
Key Challenges & Opportunities
- Increase surgical volume and extend operating hours
- Navigate a union environment while implementing positive, sustainable changes
- Leverage and build upon the expertise of a long-tenured perioperative staff

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be an strong, positive perioperative leader with:
- Proven experience in perioperative leadership
- Expertise in union environments (strongly preferred)
- Change management skills to guide a department through transformation
- Long-term commitment to building and sustaining department growth
- Background in faith-based healthcare (appreciated but not required)
- Strategic planning capabilities with a focus on operational excellence
